TotalCARE describes our approach to the management of ICT. As a pioneer in the aaS (as a Service) space in New Zealand SecureCom developed TotalCARE – a holistic support service, to effectively and efficiently manage Infrastructure environments. To achieve this we developed Total INSIGHT, service which delivers Business Information (BI) in a way that enables you to easily understand the areas where you can save money and improve efficiency.
How we do it
With TotalCARE, SecureCom becomes your IT department taking full ownership of your ICT environment. We ensure issues are dealt with efficiently with a clear single point of accountability. Your company will have access to the skills of our highly qualified engineers, our service desk, and our 24×7 monitoring services. Furthermore, we guarantee our service by implementing strict service level agreements all for the fixed price per user, per month, allowing your business costs to scale up or scale down depending on your needs at any one time.
We combine this Total INSIGHT which gives you a comprehensive view of all of your systems and their current status from a security and patch management stance, along with a month by month forecast view of costs based on software licensing and hardware warranty expiry dates.
Supporting this is a best practice governance model to ensure actions are captured and acted on, with progress reporting, giving total visibility to your business, freeing up your time to focus on other important business issues
